About the reading group
The SoilFood reading group is pleased to welcome George Cusworth, who will speak of ways of managing disease in agriculture. George is an interdisciplinary social scientist working at the intersection of environmental geography, political ecology, science and technology studies, and the philosophy of science. His work focusses on food and agriculture, studying the way different cultural, calculative, and ideological forces interact in food system governance. We are very much looking forward to the presentation.
