About the reading group
We are glad to welcome former master student, Andrea Grimnes, to the Soil Food Reading Group of January. Andrea wrote a master thesis in social anthropology of a case-study she conducted on an organic and partly regenerative farm in Denmark, examining the relationality to soil and landscape within organic farming. For the first reading group of the semester, Andrea will present the findings of her master thesis.
