Practical tools
In collaboration with our partners—such as non-governmental organizations, municipalities, and secondary schools—we develop and initiate activities that can contribute to achieving reduced emissions and sustainable energy transitions in an inclusive manner. We collect, analyse, and implement theoretical and practical insights from the other work packages by conducting a series of interventions aimed at developing tools and methods that can be used by the project's participants. The activities will inherently be based on testing, exploration, and experimentation. The goal is not only to expand upon existing knowledge but also to create real societally beneficial change in the form of reduced greenhouse gas emissions and social inclusion.
Key themes
Key issues we explore in this work package are related to how to facilitate the development of governance and planning practices that ensure a socially inclusive energy transition. We will explore how digital material can support and facilitate participation and co-creation and how we can best proceed to document and analyse knowledge and experiences gained from implemented interventions.
With this, we aim to promote sustainability and citizenship in the curriculum; enhance collaboration across schools, municipalities, and local stakeholders to promote learning; and develop strategies for social innovation and participation. In summary, our goal is to contribute to knowledge about socially inclusive climate measures that create significant impact.
